Short Term Lets
The properties offered are for the usual short-term let for a minimum period of six months or longer. They are subject to the usual legally binding tenancy agreement (assured shorthold tenancy) together with the commonly required security deposit that the landlord is legally required to place in a tenancy deposit scheme.
