All our barns are unique in their decor and we have a choice of ground floor and mezzanine or first floor options. They are all traditional Suffolk barns in style with black weatherboarding, oak trusses and beams and oak or slate flooring

We also have a beautiful 500 year old thatched farmhouse, which sleeps seven adults so you can come for a romantic weekend or celebrate just about anything with a larger group of family or friends

We accept up to three dogs and we even leave a dog treat as well as a delicious local breakfast basket for the humans!
All of our cottages lie on the outskirts of the village of Stonham Aspal on the Suffolk Tourist Route, along which many popular and interesting places are found, it is within easy striking distance of the lovely Suffolk Coastal destinations like Southwold, Thorpness, Dunwich Heath, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Orford.
All our luxury holiday cottages are down a tiny countryside lane, a few hundred yards outside the village. Bikes are provided FREE of charge for you to enjoy these pretty lanes, as well as hundreds of DVD’s, CD’s and Books!
